Tuesday
7th
May
2013

I now have the safari for November with Omar Arreola, King of Mariachis and Lois Mahalia, Diva of Jazz will be performing in Nairobi, there will be three concerts in the city, and then we hit the road for the safari.

This one will be a special celebration of the Mexican Revolution and we will bring along Omar Arreola and Lois Mahalia. Omar Arreola, King of Mariachis and Lois Mahalia Diva of Jazz, will be performing in Nairobi for the Mexican Embassy on the 20th of November.

On the 20th we shall experience the first live performance when Omar and Lois Mahalia perform for the Mexican Gastronomic Festival at the Sankara Hotel.

The second performance will be at the Sawa Sawa Arts Centre on Friday the 22nd and lastly on Saturday the 23rd we will join the Mexicans at their Mexican Embassy location for their annual Mexican Revolution celebrations – a fun filled day that will have Omar and Lois do their last performance in the city of Nairobi.

On 24th Sunday morning our safari begins with a scenic drive to the scenic country of Amboseli National Park, where the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro dominates every vista. The highlights will be great encounters with wildlife in this beautiful park and a chance to interact with the local Maasai tribe and learn their customs in their authentic village.

From here we proceed to the Northern Frontier region of Kenya where we will come to close proximities with the beautiful unique species that are only to be found here in the whole of Africa such as the lovely GREVY ZEBRAS…

From here we will head to the Rift Valley to explore the the greatest bird spectacle on earth – myriads of fuschia pink flamongoes whose numbers are legion among other big game. We spend 2 Nights at the elegant Lake Elmentaita Serena Camp.

Finally, we descend the Great Rift Valley to the world-famed Masai Mara – the ultimate safari destination world renowned for the breath-taking spectacle of game viewing. See all the members of The Big Five (elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard and rhino).
