Duration: 12 Days
This is a 12 day safari that takes you to a chimpanzee sanctuary on Ngamba Island. At Kibale Forest National Park for chimpanzee tracking. The Park is a primatologist's dream and is home to the highest concentration of primates in the world. It hosts a population of more that 1,000 chimpanzees. At Queen Elizabeth Park we'll go for game viewing drive, a launch and gorilla tracking at the Kyambura Gorge. At Ishasha we will enjoy a chimp walk at Chamburu Gorge and a game viewing drive. At Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, we will go on a game viewing drive and chimpanzee tracking to see elephants, chimpanzees, monkeys and various small antelopes and finally we will visit the Mushara Island where we will spend one night before returning to Entebbe.

Gorilla Trekking Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Entebbe
Upon arrival at Entebbe airport, you will be met by Vision Adventure Safaris Uganda representative and transferred to The Windsor Lake Victoria Hotel. In the afternoon proceed on an excursion to the chimpanzee sanctuary on Ngamba Island (If your flight arrival time is on time). [LD]
Day 2: Kibale Primates Forest Park
After breakfast you will be met by your driver guide and drive to Kibale region. Lunch en route. Dinner and overnight will be at Ndali Lodge [FB]
Day 3: Kibale Primates Forest Park
After breakfast proceed on a morning Chimpanzee trekking at Kibale. In the afternoon enjoy a guided walk in the Bigodi wetlands. Dinner and overnight will be at Ndali Lodge [FB]
Day 4: Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park. Lunch, dinner and overnight will be at Mweya Lodge [FB]
Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast enjoy a game viewing drive including a cruise on the Kazinga channel. Lunch, dinner and overnight will be at Mweya Lodge [FB]
Day 6: Ishasha
After breakfast enjoy a morning chimp walk at Chamburu Gorge. In the afternoon drive to Ishasha sector and enjoy game viewing. Dinner and overnight will be at Ishasha Tented Camp [FB]
Day 7: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After breakfast drive to Bwindi. Lunch, dinner and overnight will be at Volcanoes Bwindi Lodge [FB]
Day 8: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Enjoy the day at Bwindi for forest walk and a cultural tour. Lunch, Dinner and overnight will be at Volcanoes Bwindi Lodge [FB]
Day 9: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Enjoy the day at Bwindi for forest walk and a cultural tour. Lunch, Dinner and overnight will be at Volcanoes Bwindi Lodge [FB]
Day 10: Mushara Island Camp
After breakfast drive to Lake Bunyoni. Relax at Bushara Island Camp (FB).
Day 11: Entebbe
After breakfast return to Entebbe via Kampala - the capital city of Uganda with packed lunch. Dinner and overnight will be at The Windsor Lake Victoria Hotel. [FB]
Day 12
After breakfast transfer to Entebbe airport for onward flight.
